We probably worry more about those around us who brag how good things are or how successful they are because we know they reject God. We know in time they will shrivel up like grass clippings and cut flowers in the sun – but still.
As I meet with my friend every three months who fits into this description, he still has one problem – he has no idea what is going to happen to him when he dies. He is hoping that his rejection of Jesus is the right decision.
Since we have, we continue to do the good deeds, we continue calm in the storm, we continue to walk with God on this road that He has charted for us.
We can open up before God, keeping nothing back and He will do whatever needs done. We will have our lives validated throughout the day. It comes when we quiet ourselves before Him, are prayerful before Him.
God owns everything.
